北京环球教育杨亮老师在本篇文章将非常详细并且生动地描述一个重大的微信群抬杠事件。由于是我本人的亲身经历，所以在此时此刻敲击键盘的我，内心还是不能平静。没错，这篇文章就是我的杠精体质大公开。

　　一、事件的背景是这样婶儿的

　　数月前，一篇关于在北京租房的文章在网络上掀起风浪。把数以百万计的心如死水的北漂们的内心再次激起层层涟漪。该文章的笔者有一个房子要出租，原本预计的租金是6000+即可，不曾想被两个中介争抢房源。最后成交价格高的连房东自己的觉得离谱，居然达到了10000+每月。

　　此文一出，引起了无数北漂一族的共鸣。漂在北京，谁还没点租房子的经历呢？当然，近几年北京的房租的确是以"穿天猴儿"的架势在不断蹿升。公众们不断把矛头指向了那些不法操作的中介、乱入市场的资本等等。但是，这涨价的趋势却一发不可收拾。此文火了三五日，也就再没什么后续的消息了。

　　二、这事儿让我的一个朋友赶上了

　　我有一个朋友，租住在三环边上。因为涉及了个人信息，所以我就不点名道姓了。就叫他"手切拿铁"吧。因为他最喜欢的就是中午吃几盘手切羊肉，然后下午找个特"装13"的咖啡厅来杯拿铁。当然了，拍下来发朋友圈是必须的，但是他的朋友圈还从来不配文字。

　　一天晚上，在我们的群里。这货上来就贴了一个他房东给他发的消息的图片。大概的意思就是，下个月起房租要涨价了。一次性涨了11%。比较气人的是，房东在前几个月口头答应过不涨价。但是市场价飞窜，房东后悔了。整个群，因此炸了。不过米已成炊，木已成舟，大家也只是套路般地安慰安慰。

　　其实"手切拿铁"面临两个选择。继续高价住在东三环边上。或者搬到五环外，甚至是燕郊。当"手切拿铁"在群里抛出这两个选项的时候。出乎我意料之外的是大家居然一面倒地支持继续住在三环边上。其实，我很了解"手切拿铁"。住在这里的确比较适合他。但是，我要强调的是，我见不得群里面的这一片大和谐。无奈我突然开始杠精附体了，一瞬间我就成了杠精本精了。

　　三、杠精终于出手了

　　我马上@手切拿铁。让他说说，住三环边上哪里好？他很不屑地回我说"生活品质"(the quality of life)。作为杠精怎么可能被这种虚幻的概念给打发了呢？在我不断追问之下，他开始娓娓道来了。

　　1.上下班节约时间啊

　　住三环边上，这说明他可以非常快速便捷地到达环球教育的大部分校区，例如：国贸校区、三元桥校区、崇文门校区和通州校区。对的，我承认他是我的同事。前文我说是我朋友，我的确吹牛了，因为我没有朋友。

　　Unlike some commuters in this city who have to travel for over 10 km to work every day, I only need to spend 10 minutes or one quarter getting to the place I want to go. I do not have to be one of the sardines squashed in a bus or subway in rush hours.

　　2.住这儿方便啊

　　下楼就是车水马龙，走几步就是繁华无限。想吃涮肉，就东来顺、南门涮肉。想喝咖啡就星巴克或者太平洋。

　　What attracts me in downtown is the prosperity. I tend to live in the neighborhood with many types of business, such as fancy restaurants, high-end cafes, and large-scale shopping malls.

　　3.他居然还说住在这里可以欣赏景色

　　While feeling bored or tired, I like to stand by the window of my living room, seeing cars running on the Third Ring road. That is how I feel my life is real. And that is how I feel I am connected with this city. The hustle and bustle of the city center is not what bothers me, but what inspires me.

　　本杠精终于要出手了。作为一个较为资深的杠精，在抬杠的时候，我奉劝大家先怼掉对方的观点，再列出自己的想法。然后再摆出一个很高的姿态，结束今天的对话。千万不要上来直接摆出自己的道理，如果对方是杠精的话，你就会万劫不复了。

　　1.节约时间？

　　开玩笑，你不是节约了时间，你只是错过了学习的机会。这年头，谁坐地铁还不看个书，读和新概念二什么的。

　　Most commuters in this city do not waste any time that they spend on public transports. In fact, they all like to read some useful books that are beneficial to their work or study. Additionally, every evening on the way home, they can spend the time thinking about what they have done throughout the whole day, which can be seen as an effective way to summarize some experiences of their work or study. That is obviously how they make progress. 其实这些话我也不信，但是作为杠精就是为了怼别人，自己信不信无所谓啊。

　　2.住这儿方便？确实方便。杠精也不是什么观点都怼。这个跳过，就当他没说过。

　　3.景色？你看到的是景色，我看到的全是城市病。

　　Next time when you stand by the window of your living room, you would better pay more attention to the noise made by cars running on the Third Ring road. To be frank, that might be the primary factor causing your insomnia and alopecia. And by the way, the vehicle exhaust should be counted too.

　　接下来我要说说我的观点了。住大房子，自在啊！有阳台，有书房，有大厨房……

　　If I were you, without any doubt I would choose to live in the suburb area like Tongzhou district where I could use even less money to rent a bigger apartment. I would have a big kitchen where I can cook meals for my family, a huge balcony where I can plant some pot plants, a study where I read books or write some essays, and a specious living room where I can drink a cup of wine while sitting in a comfortable sofa. While talking about the quality of life, I do believe that the apartment matters more than the neighborhood.

　　话说到此，是时候摆出一个高姿态了。我和"手切拿铁"说：不说了，该睡觉了。说多了你也不懂。然后赶紧下线。
